Job Purpose

To provide an exceptional customer experience by professionally handling inquiries, registrations, memberships, and customer support while contributing to the achievement of enrollment, sales, and customer satisfaction goals across all KIDZONE branches.


Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist customers and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

  • Respond to phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and social media inquiries.

  • Explain KIDZONE programs, services, memberships, and promotional offers.

  • Process registrations, enrollments, and membership renewals.

  • Follow up with potential customers and convert inquiries into enrollments.

  • Handle customer complaints and concerns, ensuring proper resolution and follow-up.

  • Maintain accurate customer records and update information within company systems.

  • Coordinate payment and invoicing matters with the Finance Department.

  • Communicate and coordinate with branch supervisors regarding children's attendance and customer requirements.

  • Prepare daily and weekly reports related to sales, inquiries, and registrations.

  • Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.

  • Represent KIDZONE professionally and uphold the company's values and brand image.

  • Support operational needs across all KIDZONE branches when required.

  • Contribute to achieving branch and company sales targets.


Qualifications

  • High School Diploma minimum requirement.

  • Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.

  • Familiarity with customer management systems and communication platforms.

Working Hours

As per KIDZONE's approved work schedules and operational requirements across all branches, with flexibility during peak seasons, events, and special programs.
