Kidzone is a bilingual educational and recreational center dedicated to supporting children's growth through a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment that combines learning, play, creativity, and values. We are looking for a passionate, caring, and responsible Preschool Teacher to provide high-quality care and educational experiences for children. The ideal candidate will support children's social, emotional, linguistic, and cognitive development while maintaining a safe and nurturing bilingual learning environment.
Provide direct supervision and daily care for children throughout the day.
Foster a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment for all children.
Encourage independence, positive behavior, and self-confidence.
Build positive and trusting relationships with children.
Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times.
Monitor and assist children during meals according to parent instructions.
Maintain children's personal hygiene and support their daily needs.
Ensure classrooms, toys, and learning materials are clean and organized.
Observe children's health and well-being and report concerns when necessary.
Demonstrate the highest level of integrity, responsibility, and care when working with children.
Follow child pick-up and drop-off procedures and ensure children are released only to authorized individuals.
Remain attentive and vigilant during classroom activities, indoor play, and outdoor activities.
Implement age-appropriate educational and developmental activities.
Support children's language, cognitive, social, and emotional development through interactive learning experiences.
Deliver activities in both English and Arabic in line with the center's bilingual approach.
Assist in preparing learning materials, classroom resources, and creative projects.
Observe and document children's progress and development.
Identify potential developmental, behavioral, or learning concerns and communicate them to the appropriate team members.
Maintain records and reports as required.
Build positive and professional relationships with parents.
Provide regular feedback regarding children's progress, behavior, and development.
Promote strong collaboration between the center and families to support each child's success.
Maintain a safe, organized, and engaging classroom environment.
Use positive classroom management strategies.
Participate in center events, celebrations, workshops, and seasonal programs.
Assist in preparing learning spaces and activity areas.
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field.
Previous experience in preschool, childcare, nursery, or educational settings.
Strong English language proficiency (spoken and written) is required.
Ability to communicate confidently with children in English.
Knowledge of child development principles and early childhood education practices.
High level of responsibility, integrity, and commitment to child safety.
