Job Purpose

To provide high-quality care and supervision for children, ensuring their safety, emotional well-being, and physical comfort while supporting their social and behavioral development in a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment.

Key Responsibilities

👶 Childcare & Supervision

Provide direct supervision of children throughout their time at the center.
Deliver daily care according to each child's age and needs.
Monitor children's meals and ensure they are eating appropriately.
Maintain children's hygiene and assist with diaper changes and clothing changes when needed.
Support children's rest and nap schedules.
Create a caring, supportive, and nurturing environment for children.

🎨 Activities & Engagement

Assist in implementing age-appropriate educational and recreational activities.
Encourage children's participation and positive interaction.
Support the development of children's social and behavioral skills.
Assist teachers and supervisors during daily programs and activities.

🛡️ Safety & Well-being

Ensure children's safety and provide continuous supervision.
Follow all health and safety procedures and guidelines.
Report immediately any injury, health concern, or behavioral issue that requires attention.
Ensure that the children's environment is safe and free from hazards.
Remain alert, attentive, and responsive to children's needs at all times.

🤝 Communication & Teamwork

Interact with children, parents, and colleagues in a professional and friendly manner.
Collaborate effectively with team members to provide the best possible experience for children.
Report observations and concerns regarding children to supervisors and management when necessary.

Qualifications & Requirements

Qualifications

A relevant qualification in Education, Childcare, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
Previous experience in childcare, nurseries, preschools, or early childhood settings is preferred.
Good spoken and written English language skills.
